Intro
INNI group becomes one of the market leaders in graphics sector with acquisition Tanghe Printing.
Today, INNI group, a leading West Flanders-based player in the graphic industry, announces the acquisition of sector peer Tanghe Printing. The acquisition includes both the customer portfolio, which will strengthen INNI group’s geographical presence in West Flanders and France, as well as the specialised personnel and machinery. This capacity expansion ensures that the printing company can further develop one of its core activities, commercial printing, and handle even more projects entirely in-house.
More expertise, opportunities, and growth
The acquisition marks significant revenue growth for INNI group in the commercial printing sector and a strengthening of its qualified workforce. This expansion brings increased expertise and optimisation of the machine park. Tanghe Printing’s current machinery will be integrated into the Industrielaan site in Heule during 2025, where all employees from both companies will continue to carry out Tanghe Printing’s activities.
“The benefit for our customers is that we are creating additional printing capacity and enhancing our service by taking control of every step of the printing process, from A to Z. As a result, our turnaround time is shortened, our customisation options expand, we gain more expertise in printing on challenging materials, and we improve our overall print quality,” says Tom Deschildre, Managing Director of INNI group.
Continuity and opportunities
As a family business with a rich history, Tanghe Printing deliberately chose to partner with INNI group. “Ensuring the future of our company and our team was my top priority. INNI group shares our vision and values, namely reliability, craftsmanship, and respect for people and the environment. That is why I am confident that we will strengthen each other in a rapidly changing market,” explains Claudie Tanghe.
This is not INNI group’s first successful acquisition. Previous integrations included Strobbe, PurePrint, Drukta, and Vanhoutte Printing. The integration of Tanghe Printing not only benefits customers but also offers opportunities for employees. They will gain access to training programmes and the chance to develop professionally in an inspiring work environment.
