Process
Step 1
First interview
After reviewing your application, we will invite you for a first interview. Our HR manager wants to get to know you better in this way. We will discuss your motivation, work experience and future plans, but also the position and everything you need to know about INNI group. It’s the ideal moment for you to ask questions!
Step 2
Second interview
If we have a good feeling during the first interview, we will invite you for a second interview. This time you will talk to the manager of the department in which you want to work and a potential direct colleague. In this interview, the focus is more on your professional qualities, work style and team fit.
Step 3
Screening
You will visit our established, external partners for an assessment. This will take about half a day. The tests depend on the function you are applying for. This step helps us to get a complete picture of your professional background, suitability for the function and the fit with the corporate culture of INNI group.
Step 4
Salary proposal
When you have successfully completed all the previous steps, we will make a salary proposal. Any secondary employment conditions will also be explained here and you can ask additional questions yourself. In any case, you will find an overview of the most important fringe benefits in each vacancy. If you accept our proposal, everything will be arranged administratively and we will be happy to welcome you to our team!
