How do we protect security printed items?
Security printing has a certain value. At INNI group we therefore provide specific security procedures.
1. High-security storage area
Our secure storage area is completely sealed physically and meets all fire safety requirements. Access and movements in and around this area are permanently monitored by surveillance cameras.
2. Access control
Only authorized people with a badge are allowed access to specific areas of the company. Access to our high-security storage area is limited to a strict number of authorized people.
3. Security production process
When carrying out security printing, a specific procedure is used in which strict guidelines are observed. The printing remains under the supervision of our operators throughout the production process and all printed items go into the high-security storage area after each shift.
4. Processing paper waste
With secured paper types, the paper waste ends up in a separate stream for waste processing and an option can be chosen for secured destruction with certificate or the paper waste can be returned to the customer after processing. If desired, a report can be drawn up to justify the consumption.
5. Packaging
Our boxes are very well sealed as standard. If an attempt is made to open the boxes, the broken seal leaves a clear trace. Pallets are wrapped in black foil so that the contents are not externally visible. Tension straps are attached around the pallet. Afterwards, they are stored in our secure space.
6. Storage
The entire production building is equipped with a sprinkler system that more than meets all legal requirements. The temperature and humidity are constantly monitored and adjusted if necessary.
